Thank you for purchasing from RD Digital Financial Solutions. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital products. Because our products are delivered electronically, the following refund policy applies to purchases of e-books, digital workbooks, guides, and website templates.

14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period for eligible digital product purchases. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact contact@rddigitalfinancialsolutions.com and include your name, order number, product purchased, and reason for your refund request.

Digital E-Books, Workbooks & Guides

Due to the digital nature of our e-books, workbooks, checklists, guides, and other downloadable resources, refund requests may be reviewed to determine whether the product has already been downloaded, accessed, or substantially used.

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund if there is a technical issue with the file, you received the incorrect product, you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or another qualifying issue occurred with your order.

Refunds may be denied in cases involving misuse, unauthorized sharing, redistribution, reproduction, resale, or other violations of the product's license or terms of use.

Website Templates

Website template purchases are also eligible for refund consideration within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Because website templates are digital products that may be accessed, copied, customized, or transferred after delivery, refunds may not be available once substantial customization, installation, transfer, or use of the template has occurred.

If you experience a technical problem with your template, please contact us within the 14-day period so we have an opportunity to assist you.

Digital Products Cannot Be Physically Returned

All e-books, workbooks, guides, templates, and other downloadable products sold by RD Digital Financial Solutions are digital products. No physical product will be shipped, and there is no physical item to return.

Duplicate or Incorrect Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once or receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order and, when appropriate, issue a refund or provide the correct product.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Digital Product License

Purchasing a digital product provides the original purchaser with a license for personal or internal business use unless otherwise stated.

Digital products and download links may not be copied, shared, forwarded, redistributed, reproduced, resold, sublicensed, or repackaged for commercial sale.

Receiving a refund does not grant continued rights to use the refunded product. If a refund is issued, your license to use the applicable digital product is terminated.
