DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASE & LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Digital Products Purchase and License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to the purchase and use of digital products offered by RD Digital Financial Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including e-books, digital workbooks, guides, checklists, website templates, and other downloadable resources (“Digital Products”).
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Digital Product from RD Digital Financial Solutions, the purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
RD Digital Financial Solutions offers digital products that may include:
- E-books
- Digital workbooks
- Business guides and checklists
- Website planning and content resources
- Website templates
- Business templates and digital resources
- Other downloadable educational materials
All Digital Products are delivered electronically unless otherwise expressly stated. No physical product will be shipped.
2. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly provided.
Prices are displayed at checkout and may be changed by RD Digital Financial Solutions at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information when completing a purchase.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, the Customer will receive access to the purchased Digital Product through the delivery method specified at checkout or in the purchase confirmation or delivery email.
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used to make the purchase.

4. 14-DAY REFUND POLICY
Eligible Digital Product purchases are subject to our 14-day Return and Refund Policy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Because Digital Products can be immediately accessed, downloaded, copied, customized, or used, eligibility for a refund may depend on the circumstances of the purchase and use of the product.
Website template refund requests may be denied if the template has already been substantially customized, installed, transferred, copied, or otherwise substantially used.
Refunds may also be denied in cases involving unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, reproduction, or other violations of this Agreement.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
The Company's separate Return and Refund Policy provides additional information and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5. LICENSE TO USE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchasing a Digital Product provides the Customer with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for the Customer's personal or internal business purposes.
Purchase of a Digital Product does not transfer ownership of the product, its design, content, intellectual property, or underlying materials to the Customer.
6. WEBSITE TEMPLATE LICENSE
Website templates may be customized by the original purchaser for the purchaser's own business or website, subject to the specific license provided with the template.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, the Customer may not:
- Resell or redistribute the original or modified template;
- Share the template with another business or individual for their use;
- Claim the original template design as their own work;
- Package the template for resale;
- Sell copies or substantially similar reproductions of the template;
- Transfer the template license to another person or business; or
- Use the template to create products intended primarily for resale or redistribution.
Purchasing one template license does not automatically provide a license for unlimited websites, clients, businesses, or users.
7. E-BOOKS, WORKBOOKS & GUIDES
E-books, digital workbooks, checklists, guides, and similar resources are licensed to the original purchaser.
The Customer may download and use these materials for personal or internal business purposes but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, forward, share, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the materials without prior written permission from RD Digital Financial Solutions.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all Digital Products, including their written content, graphics, designs, layouts, worksheets, templates, branding elements, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to RD Digital Financial Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of RD Digital Financial Solutions' intellectual property to the Customer.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the product description and requirements before purchasing.
For website templates, the Customer is also responsible for confirming compatibility with the website platform, software, account, subscription, or third-party services required to use the template unless the product description states otherwise.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining backup copies of downloaded files and protecting download links from unauthorized access.
10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & SERVICES
Some Digital Products may be designed for use with third-party platforms, applications, software, hosting providers, website builders, payment processors, or other services.
Unless specifically included in the product description, the Customer is responsible for any third-party accounts, subscriptions, fees, licenses, software, or services required to use the Digital Product.
RD Digital Financial Solutions does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will maintain the same features, pricing, functionality, or compatibility indefinitely.
11. EDUCATIONAL & INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
Digital workbooks, guides, templates, checklists, e-books, and other business resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
They are not intended to constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, cybersecurity, accessibility, or other professional advice.
Customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional when advice specific to their circumstances is required.
12. RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED
RD Digital Financial Solutions does not guarantee that purchasing or using a Digital Product will produce any particular business, financial, marketing, website, sales, search-engine, or other result.
Individual results depend on numerous factors outside the Company's control.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RD Digital Financial Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the purchase or use of a Digital Product.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from a Digital Product purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Digital Product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. TERMINATION OF LICENSE
RD Digital Financial Solutions may terminate a Customer's license to use a Digital Product if the Customer materially violates this Agreement, including by unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, or resale.
If a license is terminated, the Customer must discontinue use of and delete applicable copies of the Digital Product to the extent required by law.
15. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
RD Digital Financial Solutions may update this Agreement from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version in effect when the purchase is completed, except where changes are required by law or otherwise expressly applicable.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions separately agreed to by the parties.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with the applicable product description, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any additional terms presented at checkout, constitutes the agreement governing the Customer's purchase and use of the applicable Digital Product.
