Digital Products Only

Products sold through our online shop, including e-books, digital workbooks, guides, checklists, website templates, and other downloadable resources, are digital products.

No physical products will be shipped or mailed to you. Therefore, no shipping charges apply to digital product purchases.

Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be made available electronically.

Depending on the product purchased, access may be provided through:

A download link after checkout;
A confirmation or delivery email;
A secure digital download page; or
Another electronic delivery method described on the applicable product page.

Please make sure you provide a valid and accurate email address when placing your order.

Delivery Time

Digital products are generally available immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.

In some circumstances, delivery emails may take a few minutes to arrive. We recommend checking your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see your delivery email.

Website Templates

Website templates are delivered electronically. No physical copy of a website template will be shipped.

Any third-party platform accounts, subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, software, or other services required to use a website template are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Incorrect Email Addresses

International Purchases

Because our products are delivered digitally, there are generally no physical shipping fees or delivery times based on your geographic location.
